mEDC has recieved a long term contract from one of our larger customers for developing new software solutions.
mEDC will be represented on the annual Läkarstämman, this year held in Gothenburg 24-26 november. We will show the latest solutions for patient diaries and quality of life questionaires with IT-Technology and logistic in focus. We welcome our customers old and new to visit us there (B04:23).
We are happy to announce that mEDC has received a new order from top ten pharmaceutical company. It is a multi- center study using both patient diaries and a CRF solution for the centers.

The mobile EDC system

PocketPharma is a mobile Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for Patient Diaries
and Quality of Life questionnaires within clinical trials.
The focus is a mobile concept adapted for handheld computers (PocketPC/TabletPC)
to collect data.
PocketPharma can either be used as a stand alone system or as a mobile extension
to existing EDC systems. This is easily accomplished using
the most well known standards CDISC and XML.
The specifications for the product are based on
FDA 21 CFR part 11,
CDISC ODM 1.1
(XML format) and customer demands. The work is regulated by internal
quality system and documented procedures (SOP).
